~ LE PARADIS DES yUnEr ~

Wow i juz noticed dis autosave thingy in Blogspot! It's really gd coz my post will be saved automatically n i wun haf to type all over again shld anything happen! Cool.

Today's me n dear's 3rd year anniversary! So fast sia. Heh. We cldn't decide on where to go 4 dinner after my clinicals but we gt down at City Hall n headed towards Suntec to try either The Rice Table or the Soup Restaurant. We walked ard da food level 1 whole round b4 leavin 4 Rice Table. Gosh it's gone! No more liao. Or juz dat we cldn't find? We left sadly n decided to eat at the Chong Qing Steamboat Restaurant 4 their buffet. Da food is really fresh n service quite gd. B4 they served da steamboat, they served us their appetisers which included a dish of peas dat we din even touch n a plate of spicy mee. Dat spicy mee was quite nice lah n dear finished half of it. N we really thot both were included in da buffet coz they juz serve to us w/o any qns. We had their duno wat chinese herbal tea drink oso. N we oso thot these were included in da buffet coz they nv mention anything when takin orders! N they juz recommend lor! We ordered da "Yuan Yang" which includes both spicy n non-spicy soup base. Da spicy 1 remained relatively untouched coz it was too hot 4 both of us esp me! Haha... Da waiter recommended dis "standard" portion of food to us n we juz agreed on it lah coz we thot it wun be too much. God noes they served us so many dishes of meat, balls, dumplings n vegs! If i had known eariler, i cld haf ordered da dishes on my own to suit our own taste! N they call those standard portion. Halo we only haf 2 ppl leh n dat left us wif no other choice but to finish up everything w/o orderin other food coz we were too full by then. Argh.

Oh but we were spoiled for da 4 types of desserts! N they r yummy! They consist of a fried bun which can be dipped into da condensed milk 4 a sweet taste, water chestnut jelly n dis fried thing which we duno wat dat was + oreo icecream!



We spent a grand total of over $80 there! Gosh! Da buffet itself cost ard $27/person lor. Da appetisers costed $4 n da drink was $4/glass! N nt to 4gt GST n 10% service charge! Oh dat muz be da most ex meal we had tog lah. I really feel cheated coz they nv say da appetisers ain't included lah n we NV touch da peas! Argh. But we enjoyed it thoroughly n dear said it's gd coz it'll help us rem how we spent our 3rd yr anniversary coz we had a super ex meal! Haha...
