Was out dinnin at Geylang on Sat coz it was my ma's bday. Den saw da helicopter wif da S'pore flag which flew past da sky above us. It was NDP rehearsal dat day too. So i was lookin 4ward to seein da fireworks lata dat evening. But still din c anything until we left da place we dined at to go gt our car. As my dad parked his car sumwhere further coz there was no parkin space available nearby, therefore we had to walk a distance to gt our car. Den as we pass by an open space, we heard a loud bang which shocked all of us. But i immediately knew it was da fireworks n turned ard to take a look. Indeed it's da fireworks. Was so excited n call out to them to stop them. 1st time seein fireworks in real life. So nice. But it's so loud. N da sound scared a dog coz it doesn't noe wat's happenin. So da poor dog kip runnin n ran towards a traffic junction. As it was terrified, it cld nt wait 4 da cars to stop so it turned n ran back where it came frm. Poor dog sia. Den i went to da fireworks festival to c da fireworks by da US team on sun at Esplanade, Colours By The Bay. So many ppl turned up to gt a glimse of da fireworks. I thot it'll last 4 at least 10 mins. But it din. I tink it lasted 4 abt 5 mins ba. It was beautiful though. But it started to drizzle after da fireworks ended. So everybody was tryin to gt shelter n go hme via MRT/bus. Everybody was squeezin to da same place. If it wasn't 4 da rain, it wun be so crowded n every1 wun be squeezin to gt shelter liao. Ppl wld haf juz waited until sum of da corwd has left. Too bad tian kong bu zhuo mei lah. But i'm still happy to c da beautiful fireworks.
