I'm at AMK Thye Hua Kwan Hospital dis wk. It muz be da slackest places dat i've been.

I reached early n waited 4 da dept to open. Dis place only opens at 0830! Wah gd life. Polyclinics all open at 8 i tink. N so i waited till sum1 went in n realised dat there r ppl inside liao. Juz dat they nv on da lights lah. Gosh. Den i realised dat da dept actually has a flouroscopy rm n machine! Juz dat it's seldom being used. Wah. Da dept is quite big compared to da polyclinics. Wat am i tinkin? It's still a hospital ma, juz dat it's smaller. Den there's an ultrasound rm. They even haf a toilet inside. V.convenient n clean. Like da place n it's environment, though it's nt v.accessible coz it's quite a distance frm da MRT stn or interchange. I was mentally prepared 4 da slackness but i din bring anything along to read coz i was in a rush dat morning. Luckily there were magazines there 4 me to browse n pass time. I tink i did abt 20 cases ba. Mostly chest wif a few lumbosacral spine, a shoulder + humerus, pelvis + hip, cervical n i can't rem wat le. I was seated down most of da time so i din gt v.worn out. Saw 2 leg ultrasound too. 1st time seein leg ultrasound. Interestin. Radiographer described ultrasound as "hunting" coz we nid to "hunt" 4 da organs or veins dat we wanna c. Hmm... N she told me da cost of each probe n how easily they gt damaged. Wow. How cme all da equipments we handle r all so ex! Scary. Da radiographer is a v.nice n funny lady. She allows me to do almost everything except dat she cmes in to help out once in a while 4 inpatients. It feels gd to be left alone to do almost everything. Hee... It's v.interestin to noe dat they actually use Skype to link to other radiographers at polyclinics all over Singapore n even linked to docs! How interestin dat docs can juz skype to da radiographer n ask abt certain patient's xray! Wow! Haha... N they even can chat abt gatherings lah! Haha... She's been askin abt where to go 4 buffet n searchin online lor! Haha... I tink she only asked a few radiographers at AMK, Clementi n i can't rem le. Haha... N Stevia is at AMK polyclinic too so i sent an SMS over to her abt it. Haha... So cute.

Radiographer was late 4 work due to da accident at Yishun MRT stn. Another person comminted suicide? Aiyo, y commit suicide when it's rush hr? Sigh. Anyway, i thot she was supposed to be on leave today but she still came 4 work coz there's shortage of staff. Poor thing. But gd dat she's back coz i wun nid to adapt to another radiographer le! Hee... Dis place has da most hardworkin RA i muz say. Moppin da floor during break time after she had lunch! Wah. N she is always sweepin here, wipin there, cleanin dis, clearin dat. V.gd employee. Today is like y'day, did mostly chest wif a wrist, pelvis + hip, several lumbosacral, foot n i can't rem wat. Went out to buy food coz da food in da hospital sucks! N it's ex! Argh. I went to a nearby hawker center n bot chicken rice. Nt bad. N it costs only $2.50 for chicken thigh meat wif rice. N $0.40 for soya bean drink! Yum! Gonna buy soya bean drink again tml since it's so cheap. Maybe can change to grass jelly ba. Haha... I brought storybk n mag to read today. Read 9 chapters of my bk lor! Haha... Dat goes to say dat i'm really slackin there. I left my things in da locker there. Nice! Den no nid to kip carryin to n fro coz coz it's so troublesome.

I'm goin out tml! Yeah! Dat's bcoz my bf's exams r over! Hurray! Gonna watch Happy Feet tml n hopefully will be able to watch Open Season on thurs! He said he's all mine after exams! Wahaha... i gonna make him go shoppin wif me. Wanna buy a pair of shoes 4 work at Far East, wanna buy dat belt frm Bugis n collect my watch, wanna go shorten my another watch at Dhoby Ghaut n wanna buy Swarovski Hp chain at Vivo coz they havin 30% discount! Nice. Hee... Lots of places to visit n lots of things to do! Wahaha... I'm a shopaholin!

Been watchin Jian Dao Shi Tou Bu on Youtube. Direct translation will be scissors paper stone but i tink they call it A Game About Love. It's a nice n funny show. Goin on to episode 11 le. Hopefully can finish by dis wk. Hee...

It feels nice to slack w/o havin to do competencies. Can they juz remove it? I feel more confident w/o havin to do it lah! Like so stressed Argh.
