Whee da wk is over! Kinda sad leavin AMKH coz i really like it there, though there aren't alot of cases 4 me to practise on n gt competencies. Well i'm only left wif 1 lah. Haha...

Wed
As usual there were less than 20 cases dat day. Can't rem much le but tink more or less da same ba. Chest n more chest wif several other stuffs. Saw a pelvis ultrasound n wanted to watch but i tink da patient was little difficult to handle n nid permission 4 me to go in. I waited outside 4 a while b4 decidin nt to wait anymore. Who noes Xenia asked da patient n she really agreed. But too bad i went off le. I was lucky enuff to be able to gt another pelvis ultrasound n managed to follow in! Yeah. I was tinkin wat's there to c on a pelvis ultrasound. Den i finally realised it's to c female reproductive system lor. Haha... Da patient seemed to haf a cyst in her ovary. Den i told Xenia i had 1 too in my right ovary. But juz dat i din take it out or take da medicine. Accordin to her, there's no nid 4 op de dependin on da kind of cyst i'm havin. So she told me to drink lotsa water n she'll do a pelvis ultrasound 4 me da next day. So nice! She was oso tellin me dat sum of her frens studied abt da fertility cycle thingy coz they r sonographers n they actually do ultrasound to c when they r safe n when they r nt! Wah. N she said they nv use contraceptives! Stun. N she said her fren managed to gt boy gal boy gal in sequence usin wat they learnt! Wow. Dat's really interestin sia. Haha...

I met my bf n we went to Vivo to watch Happy Feet n gt my hp chain. We din manage to gt da tix coz wat was left was only separated seats. So i went in search 4 my hp chain at Sawrovski. Saw Yew Ee (how to spell lah?) on da way wif his wife. He saw me n thot i looked familiar n waved to me. Haha.. Cute. Tink he rem my face during da evening classes ba. N i'l be seein him next wk at KK le. Heh. Anyway, i arrived at da Swarovski shop n alas, they said it's out of stock. Sigh. Wat bad luck. We den decided to go over to PS to watch lor. Wanna watch Open Season too. Maybe next wk ba.

Thurs
N so i drank lotsa water b4 i went to work. Managed to gt a super full bladder b4 Xenia helped me to do da ultrasound. She said there's nutting wrong wif me n she can't c any cyst or watsoeva in me. Phew! Maybe it's gone le! Yeah. Anyway, i showed her my previous ultrasound n da cyst was quite big. So big dat she cldn't haf missed it if it's still inside me. Perhaps da chi medicine dat i took last time really worked n it dissolved. Duno lah. It's gd dat it's gone! I dun haf to worry abt it anymore! I went lunch wif Sammi at da canteen n we ordered chicken chop. Dat muz be da worse chicken chop dat i've eva tasted. It's so hard dat by da time we finished it, out jawswere achin oledi. It's so black n so overcooked lor although da cook tried to make it look appetisin wif da decorations. Sigh. I'm totally disappointed wif da canteen. Luckily there's gd food outside at da hawker center n coffee shop. Haha... Den we had a portable after lunch. N da best thing is i went alone! Ok nt really alone coz there's still da assisstant wif me. But Xenia allowed me to go alone w/o her! Woohoo! Haha... Too bad i can't gt it as competency coz dat's next yr's stuff. Argh. Sad.

Fri
Last day b4 i leave AMKH. Bot choco 4 all of them but Sammi was on sick n on MC. Sad. But i left da box of choco there 4 them to self service after distributin lah. Haha... Doc frm SGH came down for 6 barium swallow. 1st time seein barium swallow. It's quite a fast procedure. So all 6 cases managed to end wifin an hr, tog wif doc's reportin. Hmm. Managed to c a kidney ultrasound too. So interestin! We were made to clear cases juz b4 lunch all bcoz of dis dificult patient who wun allow us to touch him. He only wanted trained personnels to transfer him frm his wheelchair (electronic type lor) to da bed. N i bet he weighs 100kg. Maybe more den dat. Haha... I din dare to do 4 him so Xenia did his case. Xenia oso understands lah. He took up so much time dat cases started to pile up outside. By da time we finished everything, it was 5 mins past 1. Argh. Eat into out lunchtime! Sian. I went out wif Xenia 4 lunch over da da nearby hawker center. She had nice mee pok n i had da famous hokkien mee. She was tellin me so many things dat happened in her life n wat she encountered when she juz started out as a radiographer. She's really n v.gd radiographer n nv cease to learn new things n she taught quite a bit too, either on radiography, sonography or lessons in life. She really inspired me to becme a gd radiographer n sonographer if i haf da chance. I'm glad i met her there. She's an interestin person either at work or in her pesonal life. U noe she calls every1 auntie coz she tinks she ah ma oledi when she's nt dat old. N she always sings loudly n says "u v.rude u noe" jokingly coz dat's her kou tou can. Haha... So funny. I'll miss da days i work wif her. Oh n she gave me super gd evaluation lor, so gd dat i can't believe my eyes. She ticked all under above expected level except 2. N dat 2 r under well above expected level! Whee! N her comments r v.nice too. Wow. I still can't believe my eyes. Haha...

Next wk will be at KKH le. Wif Stevia again! Hee. It nv gt boring when 1 works wif her. Haha... Nice. Oh nt to 4gt Yuxin too. Hopefully we wun gt too many troublesome kids coz i dun like kids dat r too naughty. Haha... Cute babies here i cme!
